Returns & Exchanges
We accept exchange or refund requests within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must include original packaging and tags.
- Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Size from Our Side
If you receive:
- a damaged item,
- a defective product, or
- the wrong size sent by our team,
please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
After verification, we will offer either:
- a full refund, or
- an exchange/replacement item,
based on your preference and product availability.
Customer Size Selection Mistake
If the customer selects the wrong size while placing the order:
- Refunds are not available.
- Exchanges are possible within 7 days of delivery.
- Customers will be responsible for any return and re-delivery shipping charges.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded or exchanged:
- Used or damaged items caused by the customer
- Customized or altered abayas
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Sale or clearance items (if applicable)
Return Shipping
- If the issue is from our side (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the shipping cost.
- If the exchange is due to customer size selection error, shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
Processing Time
Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
